VIBRANT means ENERGETIC, BRIGHT, & LIVELY. (Lively means intelligent, excited and full of spirit) This program helps you understand what makes you tick! It takes courage to know yourself well and to live life being EXACTLY who you were meant to be. You are not born knowing yourself. You do not get to know yourself simply by growing up and growing old. Knowing yourself is a conscious effort; you do it with intention and purpose. In this session we will identify the number one barrier between you and your dreams and how to take positive steps in the right direction. We will also discover the two-way action that makes life richer. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to blame. The gift is yours — it is an amazing journey — and you are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life begins.

Embracing The Power of Contentment

Our foundation for this session is, “The Peace Pyramid,” which includes peace with the past, peace with our parents and peace with the particulars of life. Utilizing a self-assessment, we will determine what our style has been in relationships with others and why. We will also discover when and how to set verbal and behavioral boundaries to preserve our self esteem. We will build a case for choosing who and what we want in our lives without taking on a guilt trip. The greatest form of character is who we are when no one is looking and how we treat those around us. We will examine some real life situations where people were blessed with an act of selflessness and how it changed their lives. We will discover the 2 things that matter when you reach out and when people let you down. We will also look at the lost art that people still gravitate to and how to give thoughtful gifts. In this session we will conclude with understanding how each of us can make a difference in the world and leave a legacy of grace.

Confidence & Communication Skills for Women

Often times we compare ourselves to others and create a slippery slope that leads to out own destruction. In this eye-opening session, we look at the long-term damage of the comparison trap and develop a list of our own strengths. We will identify 3 reasons we must banish our, "inner critic," and discover the number one thing that holds us back in life! As we look at verbal behaviors, deal-breakers and saying no, we will learn a 3-step strategy for dealing with uncomfortable situations and negative people. We will discover some startling statistics about worry and embrace the techniques necessary to physically, mentally and emotionally project a positive image that leaves a lasting impression. Lastly, we will zero in on values, habits, and behaviors to honor our well being so that we can, in turn, assist others to have a more fulfilling life!
